Q1: How long does it take for the designer to complete my custom drawing?

A: Once the order is placed, it will take 2-5 days for Cyn to complete your custom design. Sometimes it might take longer during holiday season since Cyn is the only artist at this moment. Once you approve the design, it will be printed & shipped within 1-5 days depends on the products you ordered.

Q2: Will I get to take a look of the design before it is sent out to print?

A: Yes of course! We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. You will receive the design for approval through email. Note: We won't send your design to print unless we get a "YES" from you. So let us know how you like your design sooner will shorten the waiting time of getting your custom made products!

Q3: What if I want to have more than 4 figures? Can I have them designed and printed together on the same product?

A: Yes, you can! But some of the products are too small to have more than 4 figures printed together. You can email us to find out what products are perfect for more than 4 figures design. You can get help at info@cynjo.com.

Q4: I have previously ordered a custom drawing, how can I use the same design for free to print on different products?

A: Simply fill in your previous order number on the product you wish to order and let us know which names of the figures you would like to use if you have multiple drawings done.

Q5: What if I forgot my previous order number?

A: Simply email us your name or your pet's name for us to look up the order number for you. You can get help at info@cynjo.com.

Q6: What is the refund/exchange policy on custom design products?

A: Custom drawings are not refundable once we have started. All customized CYNJO Design products are only refundable before sending out to print. Once the custom-made design products are printed, we won't be able to process a refund. However, you will be able to exchange the product with the same exact design if there was a defect or damage.

Q7: How long does it take to receive my products?

A: Most of our products are made and printed in the USA and Europe. It will take 1-5 business days to be printed and shipped out. For US addresses, it usually take 3-7 days after we shipped out the product. For addresses outside of US, it may take 7-21 days. Note: For custom orders, it will take 3-5 days more before shipping.

Q8: Can I keep the drawing image for my personal/business use?

A: Yes. Once you purchase the custom drawing service, it is yours! You will also receive a digital download (JPG file) in the email once you approve the design. 

A: Yes we can. If the standard backgrounds don't interest you. Feel free to leave a note and let us know what color or theme you like. If your custom background needs lots of extra time to create, there might be extra charges. We will email you the price quote before starting drawing.

A: Most of the products are printed and shipped within US. We only charge a small flat fee to cover some of the shipping cost. We don't provide shipping outside of US at this moment because it can get pricy. However, feel free to email us your address and country and we will let you know exactly how much the shipping may be and it's up to you if you would like us to ship it.
