At CYNJO, we take customer satisfaction very seriously.
IF YOUR ITEMS ARE ARRIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED:
Please email your order receipt and photos of the damaged or defective products within (3) days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with replacement instructions.
IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you to exchange or refund within (15) days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns must be received in original condition within (15) days. Once we received your returned product, an exchange or refund will be issued. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping. If damage occurred during transition due to failure of packaging, we will not be able to refund you a full credit.
EXCHANGE & RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
Due to the customized nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges on Custom Drawings. Custom Designed Products are refundable before sent for printing.
Sale items and promotion discounted items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
